Privacy Policy

Minnich.Awesome doesn't have user accounts. This page explains the little data that does exist — what's stored, what Google's ads involve, and how to reach me about any of it.

What's Stored In Your Browser Only

High scores, game saves, tool history, and your site preferences (sound, cursor, the Pixel companion's look) are all stored using your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers — we have no way to see it, back it up, or restore it if you clear your browser data. You can wipe all of it at any time from the Settings page.

What We Actually Receive

• Bug reports. If you use the "Report a Bug" button, the email address, page URL, and description you type are sent to us by email so we can respond. We don't use this for anything else, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
• Multiplayer game rooms. Mafia, Hidden Artist, and Dual Fishy (Sync Maze) hold the room code, player names/avatars, and in-game state in server memory only for the life of that game session — never written to a database, and cleared automatically once a room goes idle.
• Standard server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider logs basic request metadata (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and debugging. We don't cross-reference this with anything else.

Advertising & Cookies

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to serve ads based on your visits here and to other sites, and to measure ad performance. We don't control this data and don't receive it ourselves — it's between you and Google.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google at adssettings.google.com, and learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We don't run our own analytics or tracking cookies beyond what AdSense sets. The banner shown on your first visit is just a notice — dismissing it stores a single flag in your browser (localStorage again, not a cookie) so it doesn't show again.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your Rights & Contact

If you're in the UK/EU, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you — in practice, that's limited to whatever you've sent us in a bug report. Email [email protected] with any request or question about this policy, and we'll respond as soon as we can.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
