Tracer briefly shows you a path across the screen, then hides it entirely and asks you to retrace that exact route from memory using your mouse or a finger on touchscreens. It's a combination memory-and-motor-control challenge — you first have to memorize the shape and turns of the path, then reproduce it accurately without any visual guide once it disappears.

Paths get longer and more convoluted as you progress, which stresses both halves of the challenge at once: a longer path is harder to remember in full, and it's also harder to trace smoothly without small drifts accumulating into a miss. It rewards players who can visualize a path as a whole shape rather than a list of individual turns, and it plays naturally on both desktop and mobile.
