Abyss Delve

Abyss Delve is a free browser roguelike dungeon crawler that borrows the structure of classic tabletop-style RPGs — procedurally generated floors, turn-based combat, and permanent stakes if your run goes badly. You pick a class at the start, then descend floor by floor through a dungeon that's laid out differently every time you play, fighting increasingly dangerous monsters on your way down.

Combat pauses the action into clean, turn-based exchanges where you choose from a small set of class abilities each round, weighing offense against survival as encounters get harder deeper in the dungeon. There are 10 floors between you and the Ancient Dragon waiting at the bottom, and reaching it takes both careful resource management on the way down and a solid combat plan for the fight itself. Because the layout regenerates every run, no two attempts at the dungeon feel identical, which is what makes it worth returning to even after a loss.
